Reposé Stays is operated by Reposez-Vous LLC, Nassau, New York ("Reposé Stays", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of reposestays.com and to the text messages we send.

You may use this website to learn about our homes, plan a stay, contact us and book. Please do not misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, and no submitting false information or someone else's details through our forms.

Photos, text and design on this site belong to Reposé Stays or are used with permission. Descriptions, availability and prices are provided in good faith and may change; the details shown at the time of booking apply.

Bookings and payments are governed by the booking platform and the rental agreement shown to you at the time of booking, including its cancellation, payment and damage terms. Direct bookings on this site are processed by Hospitable, our booking system, under its own terms. Bookings made on Airbnb or other platforms are governed by that platform's terms.

Every stay is subject to our house rules. See House rules and FAQ.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reposé Stays and Reposez-Vous LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Program: Reposé Stays sends booking and stay texts (reservation confirmations, check-in details, stay support, replies to inquiries) and, only if you separately opt in, occasional offers and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Text HELP for help.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
